Scammer e goldfarmer

Ciao Foxxya volevo esporti un problema che riguarda una persona che conosco nel game.
questa persona ha comprato mats tt dietro promessa di ricarica post pay a un suo amico il quale ha scrinshottato l'intera conversazione piu il trade che si sono fatti
Ora questa persona viene ricattata da questo pseudo amico il motivo francamente nn lo so io le ho chiesto di parlare con un gm ma lei mi ha detto che x regolamento rischia di essere bannata poichè questo nn e accettabile dal regolamento di pwi.

In teoria la vendita di qualsiasi oggetto del game attraverso un pagamento di moneta reale fuori dal sistema dell'auction hall, è proibita.
In effetti così si comportano quelle società "goldfarmer" che raccolgono Mats particolari o montagne di denaro e poi lo vendono nel game.
In questo caso rischiano il ban sia i venditori che gli acquirenti.
Il sistema dell'auction hall in cui si scambiano gold per coin serviva proprio a questo scopo: creare un rapporto di scambio fra utenti paganti ed utenti del game che pagano con coin, che rendesse poco conveniente per le società di goldfarming di stare nel game (queste società impestano tutto il mondo mmorpg).

Nelle regole del contratto con la PWI:

11. User Conduct
You must observe these Terms, all Rules of Conduct, all applicable laws and all basic rules of etiquette and common courtesy when using the Website and the Service. Any conduct that violates the law in an offline, real world community is also a violation of these terms. PWE will not tolerate any illegal or offensive conduct.
Without limiting the foregoing, in addition to the User Content rules set forth in Section 10 above, you agree not to take any of the following actions:
* (a) Harm minors in any way;
* (b) Impersonate any person or entity, including any PWE officials, forum leaders, guides, hosts, employees or agents, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;

* (e) Interfere with or disrupt the Service, the Website or servers or networks connected to the Website, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Website;

* (g) Collect, store, post or otherwise disseminate any personal data about other users;
* (h) Impede or disrupt the Service or the normal flow of game play or dialogue in the game or in Interactive Areas on the Site or use vulgar language, abusiveness, use of excessive shouting (ALL CAPS) "spamming" or any other disruptive or detrimental methods in an attempt to disturb other users or PWE employees;
* (i) Engage in, encourage, or promote any illegal activity, or any activity that violates these Terms or the Rules of Conduct;
* (j) Engage in any actions that defraud or attempt to defraud, scam or cheat others out of any items that have been earned through authorized game play;
* (k) Cheat or utilize unauthorized exploits in connection with the Games or the Service;
* (l) Using or exploiting any bugs, errors, or design flaws to obtain unauthorized access to the Service or to gain an unfair advantage over other players,
* (m) trade, sell, auction or otherwise transfer any virtual items or goods of any nature outside the game; and/or
* (n) Take any action that disrupts the Service or that negatively affects or may prohibit other users from enjoying the Website, the Games or any other aspect of the Service.

PWE may take any actions and impose any penalties we deem necessary to discourage and punish any violation of these terms or any other illegal or inappropriate conduct, all without prior notice or warning. The determination as to whether a violation has occurred and who is responsible for such act is solely within PWE's discretion, and is based on what we deem best for the community and the Website. By using the Website, you agree you will be bound by PWE's determination as to whether a violation has occurred and any penalty we choose to implement.

D'altra parte si possono vedere due casi:

1. Ogni tanto nel forum qualcuno chiede di poter far scambio fra account di un server ed account di un altro server. Gli altri utenti rispondono in modo un po' confuso, ribadendo più che altro la larga possibilità di ricadere in uno scammer. Lo scammer è un utente anzi, un ustronzo, che si accorda per fare un qualsiasi scambio non fornendo in seguito quanto pattuito (oppure spaccia item con icona simile per item più preziosi truffando il prossimo).
2. Il client malese-inglese si è accordato con la cubibonus per offrire ai migliori livellatore del nuovo server fantasia, un premio in denaro. La cubibonus è una società che vende denaro del game per denaro reale. (^_^)'''
   

Ora la PWI non ha modo di vedere se i soldi caricati in una paypal derivano da uno scambio lecito o da uno illecito. In effetti per esperienza ho sempre visto amici (uno con possibilità di caricare zen e l'altro senza paypal o carte di credto) usare questa tecnica per poter comunque fare acquisti con soldi veri.
A maggior ragione, con il sistema core connect la PWI ha modo di travviare il volume d'affati di un account e distinguere un gold-seller con montagne di denaro da un semplice venditore che ha infranto una regola per un amico.
Ciononostante il giudizio finale sulla questione spetta come scritto solo alla PWE, e gli screenshot che proverebbero lo scambio sono scritti in tutta probabilità in italiano (lingua non nota alla PWI o PWEntertainement), la quale potrebbe rifiutarsi di valutare o giudicare in modo erroneo per problemi di lingua.
Da notare che non è proibito lo scambio di materiali gratuitamente fra un account e l'altro.

Qualora venisse anche provato l'accordo, se il venditore dimostrasse che ha venduto a prezzo di auction hall i materiali (materiali -> coin per acquistarli -> gold necessari rispetto al prezzo cubigold in cui), non sembrerebbe poi così grave.

Invece il ricattatore, una volta dimostrato per mezzo di screenshot rischia di ricadere nella pratica degli scammer, ovvero di utenti che truffano gli altri utenti, con l'aggiunta dell'incitamento-incoraggiamento a fare pratiche illegali.
In effetti, il beneficio di acquistare senza avere una paypal e passare attraverso l'auction hall è in parte dell'acquirente (la PWI ha modo di valutare il traffico di coin venduti gratis da parte di un account), e se questo non ha ripagato (documentato con screenshot perchè la PWI non può di certo documentarsi sui movimenti di denaro della paypal) e/o ricatta, il venditore sarebbe stato truffato (tra l'altro se non ho capito male gli item li ha ottenuti con un gameplay autorizzato)

Infine, uno scammer o un ricattatore andrebbe preso a calci in culo da tutti gli italiani presenti nel server, e trattato di conseguenza.



La questione è complessa e decide la PWI come gli pare e piace.
