3) I moderatori sceglieranno 10 proposte in base alla Creatività, Significato, Novità per essere premiati.
4) la lista dei vincitoi sarà resa pubblica 2009/11/03 alle 10:00am(GMT+8).

Regole dell'event:
1) ci riserviamo tutti i diritti di cambiare, cancellare l'event senza alcun annuncio preliminare in caso di problemi tecnici o inaspettati.
2) i giocatori devono seguire le istruzioni dei Gm, pena la squalifica.
3) Cubinet Interactive non estenderà il tempo dell'event per nessun motivo.

Event Mechanism :
1. Perfect World Official Forum Moderators will open a new thread for this event.
2. Participants are require to reply under the new thread with details as below :

- Reason :

3. Forum Moderators will select 10 entry base on 'Creativity', 'Novelty' and 'Significance' to be the winners.
4. Winner List will be announced on 2009/11/03(Wednesday), 10:00am(GMT+8).

Event rules:
(1)We reserve all rights to change/cancel/amend the event content without any prior notice should there be any technical or unexpected problems that might occur during the event.
(2)Players must follow GM's instructions. Otherwise participation will be disqualified.
(3)Cubinet Interactive will not extend the event time or be held liable for any issues that players might encounter such as being disconnected due to Internet connection problem. The event will proceed as scheduled and neither extension nor compensation will be awarded.
